At Files Harrison & Millslagle, P.C., we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, leading to a need for a refund. Our policy is designed to be transparent and fair, in line with our commitment to client service.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Clients may request a refund for payments made to Files Harrison & Millslagle, P.C. within 30 days of the transaction.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms of our client agreement and the nature of the services provided.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to court filing fees, payments made to third parties, and services already rendered or in progress.
3. Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, clients should contact our office directly at 903-595-3573.
- Clients must provide the receipt number, date of payment, and reason for the refund request.
4. Processing Refunds
- Upon receiving a refund request, Files Harrison & Millslagle, P.C. will review the case and notify the client of the decision within 10 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
5. Modifications to Refund Policy
- Files Harrison & Millslagle, P.C. reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
